• Passed the National Home Inspector Examination and hold an Oregon Specialty Contractor and Certified Home Inspector license. We are bonded and insured.

As an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) we are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and are vetted and listed by the nationally recognized Consumer Reports Checkd program.
• The owner of the company performs the home inspection and writes the report. We will not send a less experienced or contract employee to inspect your home.
• Ability to articulate insight into problem areas with a clear distinction between what is an immediate concern vs. what is incidental. Our communication about the inspection is not unnecessarily alarming or negative.
• Professional narrative reports that include relevant photos and an easy to follow Summary of maintenance and repair items. Your written report will be clear, concise and without needless clutter.
• Track record of teaching and sharing knowledge gained from our background. Throughout our career we have developed and taught training classes on framing, roofing, electricity and estimating. We have written feature articles for the House & Home section of the Central Oregonian newspaper.
• We continually strive to improve. We listen to customer feedback, attend educational classes and earn continuing education credits on an ongoing basis.
• We give back. A portion of our earnings go towards supporting youth sports and sponsoring events such as the Painted Hills Festival.
